Since 10 years, I'm in this organisation but my salary has not yet come up according to my experience. Like other companies, there is a slab / bracket for particular experience wise candidate regarding CTC. Soon, I'm resigning from the organisation.

Poor Salary structure.. No promotions/appraisal is there for young blood. All benefits and appraisal are for senior/Leader family employee only. Uneven Salary structure for young professionals. Lack of quality training. Dirty office politics forces the good employees to leave the organisation.

...d there are multiple opportunities one can get depending on project and manager. Other than salary everything is best

Company gave appraisal in oct and for highest rating which is A* appraisal was 9% only. So ask more and more hike on joining itself and do not expect more hike after.

...Training system having validation Process, Career Growth nice for Hard workers .Salary and Appraisal system very well structured Justified. Working Atmosphere , Innovation and work life balance are related each other hence longer service from people existing.
