The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 08-10 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the morning and evening Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Management members are always encouraging as well as helping to learn new work task which could help for a better carrier

Dislikes

The bonus is a part of CTC net pay, but while releasing bonus to employee the bonus amount is getting deduct based on R1 and R2 yearly rating.

Salary is being on time, leaves and other insurance benefits are there.

Huge office politics, unplanned business decision, no job security. No life balance, mentally disturbance. Warehouse very remote location daily updown from pune

Financially sound company. Most respected company. System (SAP) based company. Trust worthy.

Dislikes

Not giving care for employees family. Salary hike very poor. Newly joined employees are getting more salary as compared to old employees. Salary hikes purely based on favouritism. Empoyees are not able to utilize their previlage leave. Heavy pressure at work place.

Salary structure should be design as per designation and it should be match for every one to maintain good culture at ground..
