...h working as a Medical Staff, which is considered as an Essential and Emergency Service we are not on pay roll of company and getting NO or sometimes very less amount of increment

I like facilities of reliance.tbeir canteen hospital residential area,garden,can service,mall service is unbelievable.their security,roads transport in company, lighting are so good.

HRBP of site should not aware about facilities.your salary to much deducted.once you join the company your growth must be stopped.increment is only 5-10% overall employees are inthis categories. QC QA no value.only production employees are important for company.

No proper hike, after u getting hike we don't get proper salary but salary will get in time and before time.

Company is not super good, OK ok and no proper communication mangers and sometimes I have to work more than 12 hrs and they will call us in weekly off time for duty. Mainly I am not satisfied.

Working in CBM field, challenges are there and company is progressive to implement new tech to solve challenges in this low cost business. HR team organise regular fun event to develop engagement in this remote places.

Dislikes

Salary pay scale for the petroleum engineer is down to the other company in same business. Timing of job is 9 to 6:30 but job responsibilities keep the person engaged 24 by 7 and hampered the personal life. With time responsibility will increase but not get promotion accordingly.
