Facility only, work load is to much, in timing is fix but out timing is not fix. No over time even you work 16 hours, no any lunch, dinner, tea you have to pay for that even contract person will ask you to pay for their foods and you have to pay. Some sections heads will talk to you like "kaidi".

We like reliance insurance because there is no company like this in the whole world. Working in reliance is fun. There is a lot to learn. And Reliance does a lot for its employees.

dislike because there is subcontracting in Reliance Industries which does not pay enough to the employee if the contract system is abolished then the employee will get enough salary

On time salary is what make employees stay for long. Regular Maintenance of equipments.

Politics is what i hate and this company has tons of internal political. They don't care of employees, safe game is what top management plays. No transport facilities.

No promotions & no growth, who have recommendation fast growth, their designation doesn't mind, Designation low biggest post, Designation high smaller posts ,politics, at some places high designated people works under small designation people,they damage the morality of the people

Working in CBM field, challenges are there and company is progressive to implement new tech to solve challenges in this low cost business. HR team organise regular fun event to develop engagement in this remote places.

Salary pay scale for the petroleum engineer is down to the other company in same business. Timing of job is 9 to 6:30 but job responsibilities keep the person engaged 24 by 7 and hampered the personal life. With time responsibility will increase but not get promotion accordingly.
