...ss types typical Indian company increment letter is given as per their choice. there is whole scam of salary in this company, you in hand will never ever increase, the increment percentage is adjusted in anonymous bonuses which will be paid as per your rating conclusion - Bonus mapped in your gross will be paid as per manager rating outdated old age people who cant digest the hard working and goal oriented young blood

I have done shift rotation duties for 08hours. Working culture in reliance industry as per the shift timings are very good. Management is also co-operative to each other. As per the security policies are also good.

Salary is also good and career growth is fast. Job training is also given to new joinees.

Reliance is a good company . It has great name into the oil and refining market. Everything is world class.
