I did not receive my salary for the month of August....the company change my position of HSO to JDSS....I work as JDSS from 17 July to 31st August...and i resigned in 1st of September due to education purpose....so....please pay my August month salary I work on August month and I also sell connection in that month so I am eligible for my salary...please get as soon on it...

Can't expect Promotions & Appraisals in executive role no matter how long you work here, but as your experience grows your target also grows but not payment. However this is not as per company policy but managers here asks you to do so. Working hours will be more than 14hrs a day For HSO.

Salary on time, it has a brand name, if one will work hard it is no difficult to achieve success at Relaince Jio with good incentive schemes and appraisals. They acknowlege and respect your opinions for improvisation.

Dislikes

No work life balance, condescending attitude of senior corporate authorities, sudden unexpected meetings, at the end numbers matter which is not bad as sales at the end is backbone of every company.

Since 10 years, I'm in this organisation but my salary has not yet come up according to my experience. Like other companies, there is a slab / bracket for particular experience wise candidate regarding CTC. Soon, I'm resigning from the organisation.
