Dislikes

Allmost Aristocratic culture within state Management. Total decentralized control wrt resource hiring/ selection as well as control on field operations resulting into dictatorship approach within circles. Most of the field operations activities happen under pressure, resultantly field resources are not able to perform holistically with their natural ability. Circle leadership is not able to control Huge fuel pilferages at field level as well as at state level, reason being due to vetted interest, automation and site DG visibility is disturbed ,tampered and removed and since resources hired are by state leadership team, they are not able to take any action against culprit resources. People get good rating and promotions not by their qualification, ability and performance rather by pleading their bosses

Management prior to June 2015 .

Dislikes

...e harassed and fired maximum people working prior joining of current management. Even salary of people left/ fired is disbursed after more than 90 day’s of relieving. A BIG mess.

Salary is being on time, leaves and other insurance benefits are there.

Huge office politics, unplanned business decision, no job security. No life balance, mentally disturbance. Warehouse very remote location daily updown from pune

Salary structure should be design as per designation and it should be match for every one to maintain good culture at ground..

Typical indian mnc old fashion culture still in reliance

Dislikes

Yearly compensation not getting on fixed month of the year. Company delaying every year the employee compensation and giving revised salary and benefits in diwali (sometime in month of October or November). No fixed time. Increment %of employees are even not good. Only sr management getting good hike as there salaries already in core's. Its old fashion typical lala company culture still some drops are there.
