First salary structure and second is company culture no work life balance, huge amount of working policy but only in just show-off

Lots of thing to learn and grow. Best company for local person Best policy for medical leave available easily.

To much salary deductions Partiality in performance rating No support form peers to grow -- For my department Transportation charges and uniforms charges also paid by employees Both people get same salary - hardworking and not hardworking job satisfaction level low to much politics in low level Hard to get promoted.

...ecutive. Increment not giving. On hand salar is verb low compressor to on paper. Even HR cant explain regarging salary. Not pay for over time . Every month there are 8 to 12 times 12 hour shift employee have to do.

Salary structure is the main issue to employees where deductions for everything , nothing is subsidizes for employees. Note : remarks are applicable only hazira. Policies and benefits schemes are variable for other locations at Reliance.

Salary deduction is very more in Indian companies. Growth is very poor. increament is very very poor. There is not working for low CTC .I worked 5.5 years but increament grow only 1 lacs (reach from 3 lacs to 4 lacs)
