...n house training, No Strong HR policy for employees, Appraisal are for namesake. Career & salary growth is questionable. Unnecessary work pressure is high. Head/ Managers do not value an individuals & their performance resulted no increment & bonus .

Since 10 years, I'm in this organisation but my salary has not yet come up according to my experience. Like other companies, there is a slab / bracket for particular experience wise candidate regarding CTC. Soon, I'm resigning from the organisation.

Salary and Appraisal Not Happens on time, also very less, 3-5%. Also not offered good salary to new employees, a lots rules and regulations. Telecom Industries destroyed by Jio.

Work life balance is completely horrible and salary offered at the time of joining is different what you getting at month end. They hide medical compansation part. They call Area HR but treat like entry level recruiter. Pure end to end recruitment.
