Good thing about Reliance is, if you are working at lower level likes sales or fashion consultant , timely salary credit, almost fixed 9 working hours, learn while you earn(applicable only if you work for long time), health or life insurance benefits.

Dislikes

No promotions if you are not a boot licker, appraisals are minimum, often change of work place, and sometimes transfer of work department, which will make you previous experience zero and you have to start from zero level in new department regardless of how much experience you have. Management sucks at reliance industries limited. Especially the Human Resources department. They are the goons and puppets at the hands of management.

Company and management is good. On time salary. Can increase knowledge very much.

Managers not good. Less knowledge about product and in higher position to give sales strategy to market implementation. If anything fails they wont take responsibility. Looking some others to carry over

...lue is very nice due to which haven't face problems like moral dissatisfaction . Salary is on time.Opportuniy to learn new skills etc.

Traveling allowance is very poor and no proper planning by the management to improve and high sales volume because of unskilled manpower.The cooperation of reporting head is zero and time to time I face discrimination from t.s.m.

There is no any person from management grade apart from store manager in their value format store SMARTPOINT. No work life balance , standards & Sop not followed down the line. Compensation and benefits not upto market standards. They will assign you task of different verticals like Find a site for new stores .
