...owth, Also, salary not increasing as per job role, work load, as per experience. Only Executive cadre Salary growth is very Good. So that No one want to go for promotion in manager cadre due to salary growth is very very low. Also, Manager cadre have many responsibility still they don't get salary as they deserve

Reliance leaves policy and medical mediclaim for family is the only benefit that reliance offer .

Dislikes

There are many heavy deduction in salary regards to mediclaim for family, no increment are done and growth in teams of any post . Loads of office politics and lots of negatives atmosphere in work .

Management members are always encouraging as well as helping to learn new work task which could help for a better carrier

The bonus is a part of CTC net pay, but while releasing bonus to employee the bonus amount is getting deduct based on R1 and R2 yearly rating.

Salary is being on time, leaves and other insurance benefits are there.

Huge office politics, unplanned business decision, no job security. No life balance, mentally disturbance. Warehouse very remote location daily updown from pune

Not giving care for employees family. Salary hike very poor. Newly joined employees are getting more salary as compared to old employees. Salary hikes purely based on favouritism. Empoyees are not able to utilize their previlage leave. Heavy pressure at work place.
