So that No one want to go for promotion in manager cadre due to salary growth is very very low. Also, Manager cadre have many responsibility still they don't get salary as they deserve

There are many heavy deduction in salary regards to mediclaim for family, no increment are done and growth in teams of any post . Loads of office politics and lots of negatives atmosphere in work .

Salary pay scale for the petroleum engineer is down to the other company in same business. Timing of job is 9 to 6:30 but job responsibilities keep the person engaged 24 by 7 and hampered the personal life. With time responsibility will increase but not get promotion accordingly.
