Indian corporate sector seems to deny the fact that caste-religion-language-family background- colour etc plays any role in the labour market in India while the truth is that the suitability of a candidate is rarely judged on formal qualification alone. Many of my acquaintances and little-known people have had similar experiences. Although the company is currently closed, the company was the greatest in every parameter, there was no such thing as a bad thing at any level, the philosophy of the company fascinated me. The company could have brought a revolution in the field of health in India. The company is currently merged with Reliance General.
