Everything. Health insurance is majorly deducted from employees. take home salary will be very less compared tot he CTC offered. they will squeeze the juice out of you till the last drop but pay you in peanuts. after working for 5 years or more than 3 years they will start valuating your knowledge on the field you belong to rather than the work you do. i.e., if you are from electrical field, after 3 years of working they will start asking faradays law and assess you not the work you have been doing in the company and they will make sure this effects your PLI, and start deducting 20-40% depending on the assessment. they will not be defined budget for any work and will be forced to work or get the work done without allocating any funds, under such circumstances also if you have executed the work they still wont appreciate you.

Partiality & politics was very much involved. Few reporting manager is not admiring & rewards for your hard efforts for challenging achievement. They need only why you are not reporting your work to me almost 04 to 05 times daily to their chamber. They become more happy when they have treated you as student & misconduct way. Regards
