Ontime salary, sometime before month end they provided salary, increment given however it's delayed but they provide increment on salary to all.

Dislikes

No work life balance, it is like hell, no weekoff, you hv to work on weekends also and most of the time no compoff. They will say inpractical things like work regular 24 hours.

Salary - Average I have been working in this company since January 2022 but my salary still 22k only Promotion - Poor my opportunity was given to another person whose don't know about my product he is onroll as a deputy manager and I am still consultant.

Treat the employees like a slave's and treated as backbend officer unsatisfied with the job and they offered very poor salary but they assign too much of work, make conditions for in and out and observed too much that overall work experience is too bad

Promotion and hikes are very low. If you join on low package it will be very difficult to get satisfactory hike next year Performance Bonus return - will have to return the bonus if you leave before 6 months after getting bonus so basically you will need to wait total 9 months to get out from the organization

No fixed logout timings, no public holidays only one rotational week off, unprofessional HR, unnecessary work pressure every day every hour team leaders use to ask about payment and daily targets what is the update and much more....
