Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

Team lead and other team members are very gentle and helpful.

Dislikes

...they attempt to intimidate and target you, subjecting you to mental torture. The coerced you into engaging in time wasting activities for their benefit, such as securing a salary hike. if you will resist, they will attempt to undermine you and pressure you into submitting a resignation letter. Questioning them about policies like the ability to work from home or take leave, is met with further targeting

Salary is on time ,no deduction ,5 days working

Dislikes

Very less salary, dont go for interview if you cant tolerate harsh words from seniors who are not even relevant to your project, cant speak about the management or question them openly otherwise You will be in target list ,they dont provide salary slips, mostly employees are relatives of CEO ,manager and studio head so be careful before talking about your superiors and They are the only people who can work peacefully.
