Not supported lower and middle management employee and lay off them in such critical situation

...off lower and middle management employees in such critical situation instead of keeping them by reducing salary they kept higher management employees who are having package of 50 lakh to 1Cr per annum without having any work, they finished career of lower and middle management employees who are above age 40 yrs and not able to get job since last 6-7 month government also not helped employees in this condition

Whatever the conditions and communication of Reliance Communications, they are all fine, no work is ever difficult if done in a simple manner. And the best way to work is teamwork, that's what we like best...!

The only thing I dislike is that the salary is very less as per the work.

Actual nothing is like "work culture" there what ever you perform there is only to save your job and to get salary. People who says Reliance is a good place to work, either they are having any bigshot's hand on their head or they are liar. The numbers of such people in the organisation is limited.

Dislikes

If you want good salary hike, promotion and perform without fear, you must have any bigshot's hand on your headh which requires only buttering skills and you must have very good experience to become " " Khabarilal " " of your boss.

Off roll appraisal is very poor. I am working her from long time but only three time appraisal in my salary. While on roll job is very good for good package and facilities.

... leading brand of our country. I am very lucky to work at Reliance Jio Infocomm. Reliance is also offering good salary and benefits. The product is good.
