Work pressure. Working on Saturday. No end to the ask. Processes are so broken that you keep running to solve the puzzles. Manual effort to the core

... Teammates are supportive but the management is not good. There is no cafeteria. Company policies are very bad, and they give not good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent but career growth is very slow and low. On the job training is not given properly to new joinees.

It's very disgusting and very pathetic to deliver in such nonsense scenario. Where ground reality are not being addressed. Undue pressure. No personal life.... No skill development. .... No future for any type of development.

Except on time salary, everything not good here, lot of work pressure, mental harrasment by senior, lot of vc daily, after that High pressure to achieve target. Policy changes over night for products. Lot of apps so u need to buy High performing expensive smartphone. High pressure by Seniors to give resign if target not achieved. Also absent is marked or daily conveyance rejected if daily target no achieved. U will get sudden option to either resign or get termination from HR. Don't go by seeing India top Company. It looks like lala Ji ki dukan.
