No appraisals salary hike PLI pending from last 8 years No promotions , you have to work on the same position on which you joined , there is no one who can listen and resolve the concern

U get no rewards for ur hardwork dont expect for appraisal and bonus and the salary system it poor and lot of cuttings in salary they work life balance is pathetic they expect you to work 24/7 without OT and rules will change according to their advantages not a good place to work avoid working here as per my experience

There is Job security and work culture is very good. Company policies are good and environment of location is very good and pleasure.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign

Actual nothing is like "work culture" there what ever you perform there is only to save your job and to get salary. People who says Reliance is a good place to work, either they are having any bigshot's hand on their head or they are liar. The numbers of such people in the organisation is limited.

If you want good salary hike, promotion and perform without fear, you must have any bigshot's hand on your headh which requires only buttering skills and you must have very good experience to become " " Khabarilal " " of your boss.
