Management does not value an individual's unique strengths. we do receive appreciations from clients, others, but mostly go unnoticed during appraisals or promotion.HR in the south never responds to growth or office/promotion related issues. Sh feels the boss is the god we need to listen to them.

Human Resource Dept, they use all their skills to make the employee fool and then they will highlight the employee as fool. They are doing a show called BBS, which is of no use to us.
