Dislikes

Work culture, work life balance, salary and appraisal are the lowest compare to industry. Management is pathetic and egoistic. Only Office is good and has some good mentors and people to guide. Rest all are snobbish and very egoistic.

Dislikes

The employees which treat the new trainees as donkeys, very poor benefits and compensation, new company only 4 yrs old makes u do all the heavy n starting work with hardly any scope of ur growth or recognition for the efforts.
