...ffice with no value to work from office when the same work can be done from WFH. Salary or rather CTC is below the standard role CTC in current market scenario. No major skill improving or development kind of work. Same kind of lame tasks just repeat.

Work life balance is messed up,you will get calls in the midnight also and in Sunday also you have to work and all these things depends upon your manger,if he/she is coperative then your work will be easy, otherwise you are gonna suffer a lot

They will not support to fresher and juniors Working everywhere in outside territory Very rude bheviour , specially top level mangers of state and region Worst culture no personal life If ur u married then ok to work here Not a good start for fresher they can spoil your career and future .

The only thing to like is that your salary gets credited on the last day of the month.

...ed to be proactive when you are required. 6. HR won't even pick up your call 7. Hidden deductions in salary, so don't get happy just by looking at your ctc. 8. The list is very long. 9. Very genuine tip consider it or not your wish: don't join!!

Only Office is good and has some good mentors and people to guide. Rest all are snobbish and very egoistic.

The employees which treat the new trainees as donkeys, very poor benefits and compensation, new company only 4 yrs old makes u do all the heavy n starting work with hardly any scope of ur growth or recognition for the efforts.
