Some persons are good and majority of people's are worst they don't care about your future here in AJIO all are concerned only about their appraisal and promotion. TL and managers are worst here never seen any company like this before. Upper manegements are enjoying their good time. They shown their capabilities by bringing huge loss with their hard effort companys most of the segments are shut down. Proud to say that Ambani sir has employed such a responsible persons in AJIO that they are working hard to pull down the companys reputation and economy. There are some HRs like Rahul, Sonam and others who will never receive your call they hardly care your role and effort. Work life balance is zero no one cares here whether you eat or not, productivity matters. There should be strick investigation at upper management level who are enjoying their time and passing it because of which persons who are working hard are facing their issue. Many peoples lost their job i don't think this is success of company like reliance , I would ask the top managements to please understand the meaning of reliance by following any good dictionary what is mentioned their. I don't think they were able to achieve any of success everything is just fake.

Management and company policies are good. It's employees oriented company. All the HR's are supportive. Job security is there as they will give you 2-3 chance if your performance is low and at bottom. Will provide you necessary refresher training again. Work culture is good. There is good career growth you can achieve by IJP's.

Dislikes

Everything is best apart from appraisals. Salary is decent but appraisals are not that upto the mark, way less than expectations.

...ve God father in this organization then you can grow 2x. Otherwise you suffered. Only you can get your salary on time. Management don't know about how can we work.

No job security. No work life balance. Don't care talented people. No promotion. No major hike. Now a days they are targeting and pressuring for put it down resignation. No clear policies. Don't trust only reliance name. There is no any job security.

...ed me to do the same 1. Employee will be treated as slave. 2. No hike given 3. Variable pay has been deducted by 20% no matter how much hard work you have done 4. No appreciation but they will grill you when there is bug in QA cycle 5. Managers are worst. Many employee complained about their attitudes but HR doesn't care about it 6. HR are there just for sending irrelevant mails 7. It is more likely that you might break down emotionally at certain point of time

...ice period even if You have been a brilliant performer all through your journey. Salary is pathetic and deductions are crazy. Your CTC may seem very high but your in hand will be peanuts.
