...t [Reliable tech park Airoli (reliable space Ltd,HDFC process) Empire tower]: 1. Salary has been withheld without prior notice. 2. Incentives have not been released for the past eight months. 3. Working hours have been extended from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM without agreement. 4. My resignation has not been accepted despite multiple attempts. These practices are unprofessional and have severely impacted my financial stability and health issues with work-life balance. Immediate corrective action is needed to resolve these issues.

...n this company reason, 1 ) 0% job security they'll terminate you at any time. 2) salary not on time, will get after 9 or 15 on every month if even if you are on support level. 3) No support from HR regarding any issue. 4) worst service i.e Drinking Water, washroom Desk

Nothing as such ..poor management , None of them are knowledgeable, Tech team is worst, No Proper system , Salaries get delayed to 15th of the month ...Even HR's who are hiring support profile don't know the basic English .. Even Top Management is worst with 0 Knowledge .

...policy. They can fire any candidate without any intimate and without any reason. As of now, I am not get any salary and training stipend amount. So guys, if want to go for longer career, don't go to this company. It will waste of time.

it just a good place to have a managed life and u there was fixed off on Sundays if you're fresher then u can work to have some experience but if you're looking to have a growth here its not worth it

no job security , no traveling incentives , 30% pay deductions and forced to work more extra hours. and theirs no growth in that org.
