I am dislike about it's nature was changing according in time of my appraisal or in the time of when leaving the job my joining letter can't be give at to me only give me my experience letter. I asked him for the joining letter many times but he did not give me . They know how to get their work done . If anyone is joining here then take the joining letter advance.

This is the work from home and there is no pressure about work whenever I get the cases of death claim then according to my time I prepare the death claim report.. The all teammates are supportive the provide me the sufficient data for my work .

I don't dislike it but there is no long future in this work. I don't improve my skills and knowledge too much because the work is fixed.

The company is purely manufacturing type engineering based industry, which on other hand is a good platform to learn for the freshers. Quality products are being delivered to various customers across the country and globe. A great opportunity to learn and manage things under different discipline.

Sometimes I have to work 14-16 hours the same day.
