Overall it was a good experience as i have learnt a lot from there. I got to know about the professional environment the way of working & interacting with other colleagues. It was fun to work with marketing team. They provided accommodation which was so helpful. The friendly environment which help me lot to do well mmin my job. C

Compensation not upto industry level.

It is good to gain experience and get knowledge of global standards for evaluation of Food/water/electronics etc. this experience will be helpful in future. But you have to work for that by yourself. Good for freshers but stay for 1-2years get experience and leave.

...erience and leave within 1-2 years. salaries are not good; hikes are not enough. in my first year as MSc fresher, my in hand salary was 11k which after deductions due to leaves, and some random deductions goes down to 9-10k. leave policy is terrible. HR was some finance graduate when i was working in 2021, absolutely incompetent. Still, its good to gain experience as a fresher.

Directors want employees to learn and they gives chance and good opportunities.

Dislikes

HODs don't care about the problems what team members are facing in employees working culture. When the tainers provided to the employees are coming to play politics in company with juniors how can they grow their career. Hod will be listening what these trainers are telling. Majority of them are leaving this company because of this reason. (Over politics and mental stress)

It was nice experience that i had in this organisation. i hav learned many things from this organisation. Directors are very much cooperative. Thanks to Dr.Vikas Bhardwaj sir to giving me opportunity to work with.
