...ere is very familiar. Working process is well furnished. Compesation is average. But extra benefits available like incentives, bonus, yearly Increments. Overall as a employee i give 4.5 out of 5.

The atmosphere is nice, the people are good to work with. I have been working here for 6 years and I have worked with various people and have gained valuable experience and skills. Direct communication with managers is encouraged and it fosters a healthy work environment.

The office is a bit too far from my home.

Training is not provided before handing over job responsibilities. Everytime research does not make an employee efficient in a new role. On top of that 100% result is to be delivered within no time.

There is lot of things to know when you joined as a fresher.

In this organisation the scope of improvement is very less, after some time there is no way to get promoted yourself. And last but not the least is the behaviour of the higher authority which affects the entire culture of the office badly.

Office located at 9th floor and you can see a beautiful view of whole Saltlake city, Kolkata. Snacks Party from office at the occasion of Durga Puja & Christmas

No Job Security No career Growth, suppose you got selected as an Accounts executive, after that you'll have to work as a Customer Care Executive if they want you to do so.
