Worst company for field service engineer. In every month they deduct from your salary and from your travelling expense. And also the behaviour of office staff with field service engineer is very rude. Salary is also very less. All over worst company don't join it at any cost.

...ment and culture. Every employee in this company are very helpful for any query. Managment is also helpful and they give good hike in salary every year and provide bonus every year.

What I like about this company is all the seniors are highly demotivated. They do not come with open suggestions & also narrow-minded.

Dislikes

Companies management is not good at all. Companies Founder & CEO Ketan Manvar's goal is futuristic & he is also an energetic person but his management team's skill of confidence is below the bar. They do not care about their ground employees. All the HR's are novices about their job. Employees do not get any benefit at all. All the seniors are running their minds in theft mode. They just simply steal your money in your travel expense cost which is provided every month by the company. The amount does not come from the company account. Your seniors are transferring money from their a/c. And the cost reduced to approx 30-40%.
