See if you are at certain age from where you don't want to switch your job anymore and you just want to get retired from here onwards... Then it's a perfect company for you. As their promotion policy is same for everyone that is 10% every year if you work good or not you'll get salary hike of 10% every year and they will provide 80% of your salary as a bonus during Diwali ( T&C - you have to serve more than a year to the company to take the advantage of this bonus).

Dislikes

There are many dislikes, so I'm mentioning only one thing that is the work culture could have been more better and HR policy too.

No Job security worst management and lower class company policies. You can not expect anything. One sided vision of management.No benefits according to labour law. No increment procedure.

Dislikes

Use of offensive language and defame among the staff. Not a good working environment
