Many part of working dislikes as promotion issue salary is not good, fourcefully take overtime but no payment for overtime, relaxo is not better for married employee

...find career growth as there are many unnecessary designations in this company. Salary growth is very minor. No cafeteria. It is hard for lower staff to reach to GM & above level management. Lower staff works hard credit goes to his manager. Your boss will never rate you 5 out of 5. Lots of paper work. Dont call your boss by his name, only call Sir.
