Lala ji culture, No skills development,no system & process, u will became slave of distributor's because this is not company payroll job this is company paid distributor work job u have to obey them otherwise your job will be on stake. Non professional people's in this organisation. Advise not to join in sales for this organisation if u belongs from any good or system process company from FMCG or from any sector where you are responsible for your role & u had power for your territory for any decision making process.

Salary is good and on time. The company is a market leader which makes it easy to operate.

1. Management is very slow in decision making 2. HR has zero power 3. Little scope of learning and development

I am ASM Patna but my package is just like S O . When I talked about increasing the package,Mr RSM said that in a company,9 years of work will not increase the package.change the company.so I changed

Company is too good,Product is most valuable in this company. Salary expenses & incentive are also too good from another company's.

Managers are most defaulter in this company.Like Sr.GM,RSM,VP he is always safe his job.If any failure or fault by top row you loss your job. Bansal is most defaulter person in this company. he is always safe is job.his general knowledge is soo little bit.but his luck is too good. if Bansal is left Relaxo its my challenge no any company hired to him on free basis.

Almost everything Abusive bosses Hectic work environment with target pressure Saturdays working Lot of travel required almost 200 kms average every day You start your day at 7 in the morning and it goes till 9pm
