Field Services Department working cultures are very poor(Kolkata- Easter Zone). Somebody think, they are the owner of this company and misconduct to junior office colleagues.

IN REITZ INDIA MANAGEMENT IS VERY FRIENDLY AND GOOD. IT'S VERY GOOD ATMOSPHERE TO WORK AND HELPS TO LEARN WOK. MANAGEMENT ALSO SUPPORTIVE TO STAFF. AS A SECRETARY TO MANAGEMENT I FELT GOOD AND PEACEFUL ATMOSPHERE IN REITZ

IN REITZ HR DEPARTMENT IS VERY WORST, THEY DON'T KNOW THE KNOWLEDGE OF HR SYSTEM AND THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH STAFF. WORST DEPARTMENT IN REITZ IS HR DEPARTMENT. THEY BEHAVED WITH STAFF LIKE LABOUR PEOPLE. THEY DIDN'T HAVE DIGNITY.
