I had high hopes when I first joined this organization, but unfortunately, it has been nothing but a disappointment from start to finish. The staff seems untrained and uninterested in actually helping. I reached out for assistance multiple times and each interaction felt more like a chore for them than a genuine attempt to resolve my issue. On top of that, the quality of their service/product is subpar at best. It feels like they’re more interested in pushing out quantity than delivering anything of real value. Overall, this organization has a very toxic culture, and they treat their employees as nothing but slave, they don't give proper lunch facilities to the employees, always provide work and interrupt the lunch.

Currently, the facilities provided are limited. There is only one washroom available for a group of 40 individuals, and there are no cafeteria services or designated break areas

Senior toh bhut ache hai company ke...but jo junior employee ka culture or surrounding is not good...

The management is not at all helpfull. They do not respect the employees. There is no personal life if you join this organization. There is no career growth. The management is biased and do not treat everyone equally. Special treatment are given to females who are good in looks. There are no fixed official hours and employees are asked to wait unnecessarily after official hours.

I worked for 2 years in this company, very supportive teammates and Manager, good opportunity to start a career. Good management. I had an excellent experience working with REIS staffing and HR Services.
