... of a nightmare.First and foremost, let me be blunt: Reinvent Digital is a scam. They consistently fail to pay salaries on time as their owner himself stated that we don't have enough money to pay salaries on time, often delaying payments by 15-30 days or more. As if that wasn't bad enough, the owner of the company is shockingly unprofessional and rude, creating a toxic work environment that is disaster to one's mental health. What's worse is the complete lack of accountability and support from management and guess what they don't have any management team over there,, They terminate employees without notice, as if they were disposable commodities. Additionally, they fail to address any issues or provide adequate training, leaving employees to fend for themselves in an already miserable environment. As if the lack of professionalism wasn't enough, Reinvent Digital also failed to settle my dues for almost three months now, despite numerous attempts to contact them. When they finally issued a check for my Full and Final settlement, it bounced due to insufficient funds in their accounts, they have no money to pay the employees and they consistently made false promises regarding the clearance of my FNF and their owner shamelessly tried to put blame on me that why did you even took the cheque and deposited in bank. They have continuously ignored my calls and denied responsibility for the unsettled dues stating "that our company is dead we don't have money to pay" .In summary, I strongly suggest you to stay away from Reinvent Digital. It's not worth sacrificing your mental stability and financial security for a company that treats its employees like trash. Learn from my mistake and avoid this company at all costs.

The work culture over here is nice as everyone enjoys each other's company

The management is not good including the finance department as they don't understand the basic reality which exists infront of them

Great work environment, excellent office culture and overall good for all freshers, trainee's and experience employees.

Dislikes

They are following strict HR policies and too much professional with client commitment's. It's really good for organization, but sometime not good for employees.
