There was nothing that i liked at Reine. No rules no polocies... An owner company Any tym any rule chnged ... It was like any time they can transfer you to any dept they want... An executive can be asked to serve in the kitchen also.... Inchrge in plants would be like doing helper jobs....

Dislikes

...owners... Rest all other were treated as helpers.... No respect... No leaves.... Salary also were not given at times.... Really bad environment.... No safety.... No security....

Well, It's fast growing organization, i have been working here for almost 3 years . Here i get exposure to many things, that increased my knowledge and skills. You can freely contact with the management & company directors without any hesitation. Hardworking employees are always appreciated by the management.

Dislikes

As it's a growing organization it is suffering with many issues like manpower, Employee benifits, canteen issues, salary timing issues, Training , less qualified employees, facilities at production area, Job duties. Slower response form administration department about employee issues is the main reason for the disappointment of employees .Recruitment process needs to be improved for good quality employees. Night shift issues need to given prior attention. Implementation of safety standards is a major issue here.
