...nt at workplace. promotions are being given to the only near ones of management. Low salary compare to market. Sales is declining inspite of that, management is interested in politics. Giving one star due to non availability of zero star

All fundamental things like job security, compensation, leaves and benefits are strong. Absolutely no complaints. It's a lean organization so less pople and more work. Sometimes it is very boring as team is less and there is nothing exciting about your work. It's the work which is frustrating from order placing till delivery as stock management is horrible especially for the goods which they trade, not bacause of the management but thats how the things are in industry. Back office, dispatch, logistics is either lazy or frustrated. So if you get emotional towards your work this is not the place for you. Learning curve 3- 6 months. Management is supportive. Pressure is average. Financial growth is limited so ambitious people leave early. Some politics is there at zonal levels but nothing that can not be ignored. Overall decent company to work for 2-5 years. Will rate 3.5/5.

...nagement is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming araade for chilling. Company policy are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

In the company, the Production material has to be packed in a trolley after the material has been removed. this is small problem.

...pvc industry the local management treats it's employees like un-skilled workers. No salary increase , no insentive for any out of the box work.

I was a proud be a part of Rehau polymers Pvt Ltd & I am working with company almost 3 yrs & salary is good carrier growth is very good, I am very with company

Travel is hectic for me because I am travelling rest of Maharashtra because geographically area so big so I enable balance job & family time
