Honestly speaking it is a good company to work for. Supportive colleagues as well as based on your performance every year very good hike and career growth. Managing Director, Mr. Shankar H R is very supporting and listens to employee problem and supports accordingly. More than any other car rental company, REGO has good HR policies and benefits. Job Security is there if you perform.

Few people do office politics and work as CCTV camera but you can switch them off by completely maintaining distance. End of the story, MD and key people of the company is supporting, so no need to worry about this.

Dislikes

No training, it is a ppt presentation company every day presentation. So far people have left as soon as they get their salaries. Because if they serve notice period they will not get their salaries.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
