... doesn't care about their team, from the general managers to HODs, same problem. Salary date not fixed, even at the middle of each month, concerned Dept don't have any answer when it will be credited... Promotions and increments, don't ask for that... But it's a very glamorous hotel without having ac in the reception area, u can learn a lot ( apart from job,other things like stock of slangs from g.m. etc. ) . If you want to join... Put ur attitude, house, family life outside the hotel premises. Last but not the least , staff food quality is terribly poor. Thank you.

Management, salary structure, worst staff food, non-ac lobby area even in the mid summer.
