Regent has always looked after my well-being, flexible in terms of my contract is concern, always gave me the opportunity to grow in my department, thought me new things in regards to my job on board, and last but not the least treats everyone like a family and motivates to work as a team.

Dislikes

I don't have any reason to dislike regent, only thing that u miss is your family back home. Than again it's not the the fault of the organization you working with, it's something you choose to do.

Overall was ok to work in the company. Not much pressure till you do your job properly. Good training ethic. Good work hours. Good team work.

As an Asian i can say there is lot of people who will not let you grow in the company and only European has a higher chance of getting promoted soon and go to the next level. If you are asian you just stay where you are will never be able to go to the management level even you are capable. Few European people treat asian like they are really under them.

Working away, far from home and family, I Miss my family but neverless it doesnt matter very much, I can and have been away from home for past many years for working purpose.

I have joined regent seven seas as utility cleaner and on my 3rd contract I got promoted to restaurant as mess steward. After completing my 3rd contract I could not join as I was having my personal problems. And after all my problems were solved I mailed the company that I want to join back but company told me to start again as utility and that was not possible fr me as I was already got promoted.
