The company still works like a traditional company. There is a lot we can learn from the base and gain a lot of knowledge for freshers. People are nice and have good working atmosphere.

Dislikes

The salaries are really low ( eg. The CSA working there drom past 7 years still was working for 7k per month salary ) and lot of company politic strategies are being used agains each others. There are people working for years and years and still having no appraisal.

Likes

Working as a Pre Sales Executive, the communication skill got better by the time. Proper salary dispatchment were there, no holds. The company ones hire you will give you an adequate time to learn stuff and develop the skills.

Dislikes

Growing is bit slower process. If one gets work a sales manager then its an very good placement. For other it takes time.

ACTUALLY I AM A ENGINEERING STUDENT.BUT NOW I WORKS IN A CORPORATE GROUP AS FINANCE OFFICER.SO NOW I GET VERY SHARP KNOWLEDGE ABOUT ACCOUNTING,AUDITING,PETTY HANDLING.MY TEAMA MATES GIVE VERY WELL SUPPORT ON TRAINING TIME.

HERE I CANT BALANCE MY LIFE THROUGH THIS SALARY.HERE SALARY IS VERY POOR.

Good exposure to international markets like, India, China, India, Bangladesh, Turkey, Indonesia and Thailand. Understanding the low-price fashion suppliers. Collaborating with cross functional teams like Sourcing, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, operations and Logistic management.

Professional culture within the organization, unfollowing the protocols.
