Regal is big organisation with good brand name. Management supports it employees a lot. We can get good work life balance here and take care of family and own health. There is no rude culture here. Numerous HR activities happens every month and employees are given full respect. No Yes Boss culture here.

...ve their own tools and software which may not be useful for other organisations. Salary hikes are less in percent.

This is just Drafting center Major work on AutoCAD No Technical Growth. Major Employee having 5+ year experience reason they not able to stand or brake the interview in other company due to lack of technical and overall skills. NO JOB SECURITY. HIRING & FIRING CULTURE.

Overall the company is good but the bad part is TL. TL's are not enough experienced and got TL position based on their tenure in the company and no other skills reviewed. Corporate politics are more than enough to leave the company.

No promotions and no upskilling.
