I am no more working with Refteck solution Pvt Ltd but they are handling the situation well enough and following all kind of safety measures.

Dislikes

I believe my salary was lower than what I deserved and the work load was more according to that. Rest everything there is very good.

The work culture in the company is really good, specially the management is really supportive and understanding. I have learnt a lot being here for the last 2 years. The seniors and managers are extremely helpful. I jave grown so much unders the guidence of each and everyone here.

There is nothing which i dislike about the company but the only thing that i would like to be improved is the pay scale.

I just learnt a lot of things from here...it is such a great experience.😊 Good work environment. Teammates are very supportive.

There is a lot of politics and that doesn't good for health as it distract us.

Management and seniors behaviour is partial..they didn't recognise competent employees always throw them out of the company. They should focus on overall growth of company and employees..

Bad behaviour towards competent employees and didn't focus on work culture.. employees and managers are always busy in back bitching of other employees.
