If you are going for sales executive role in this company they will pay the first month salary to keep you informed target is completed or not completed.

They hold the salary for months if target is not complete they don't provide minimum wage too . I have 3 months salary still hold in the company and they are not providing it .

... 3) Management just do politics and find ways to cut down salaries of employees. 4) Salary timing is very late. 5)They just don't want to spend money on any activity. 6)No skill development at all in any domain even in sales. 7)Most of the employees are less educated,the company itself don't value educated people. At last,I want to say if you want to destry your career,then only join this company.

...ur work. This company will suck the life out of you, no appraisal, no promotion. They will hold your salary month after month and make you cry for every single penny. This company is literal hell, if you want peace of mind never join this company.

There is nothing to dislike about Refer laon but yes as it's a start-up company so salary scale is low.
