I moved out of the company for personal reasons and wanted to share my experience. RW is a start-up, and has had its share of ups and down, which people have denied understanding and have gone to the extent of defaming the company. It saddens me to read negative points written about the leadership team, which is going the extra mile to benefit the employees. facts: A talent consulting start-up that gives education allowance, gives detox leaves, gives menstrual leaves, read a book and the company will pay for it, win MacBooks, Alexa, a company that truly understands valuing mental health, has a life coach, psychiatrist on board, and so much more! So when you are reading the reviews here, try to figure out the reality, as most people here write things out of anger and less logic.

Giving extreme levels of comfort and a sense of belongingness to people who do not deserve it and end up walking over you
