The working ambiance needs to be less diplomatic and more straight forward. Weekend offs should be available to all instead of a few. All departments needs to be treated equally.

Dislikes

Corrupted employees. Biased, sexist comment from founder to managers, no respect for female employee, disgusting work culture. Minimum working hours 12 and if you want to leave on time you will get threatened of job loss. Female employees security is zero.

1) Great place to work as as intern. 2) Provides proper stipend. 3) Good working environment and company culture. 4) Direct interaction with the CEO helps to know and learn various strategies used in the industry.
