...uments like LC-MS and HPLC, without mentioning that non of the instruments work. There is a deduction in salary for a day or even a few hours missed. The working conditions are extremely unsafe, I often got electric shocks while working with basic instruments like magnetic stirrer, rotavap etc. Join at your own peril.

As a growing set up, it has been a great learning experience with diverse type of projects. The colleagues have been quite helpful and cooperative. After shifting from a long academic research career, this organization has immensely helped me understanding the different aspects of an R&D set up. The whole set up has shifted recently to the outskirts of Ahmedabad and its has been growing immensely since I joined at the start of 2022.

Everyone in Redox Scientific are supportive nature and give a chance to prove your self. Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company polices are good.
