There is no work life balance, no employee benifits, even maternity claim in insurance not available, managers treating the employees like slave, for month end need to work 20 hours on same day in value team.

We where asked to come to office even in covid also. Terrible work life balance. Cant even spend 12 hours at home that too it will go by sleeping. Worst management. No replacement provided for the employees left the organization and the present employees where put on pressure to extend and work.

Terrible work like balance. No replacement given for the employees who left tje organization and the present employees where put under pressure to extend during shift hours and they will say friday and Saturday is a holiday. But we will be pressurized to work on leave days also.
