Seniors dont know how to treat juniors and target are unachievable and they cut salary for training ,leaves even you do not take salary and when you resign then they torcher and when you do not come office they send you warning mail amd hold you last month salary and deduct 15 days salary.very bad company

They provide greedy salary but do not respect employees. They fire people like anything. Higher staffs have ego problems. No welcoming for the ideas. Promotions are based on your gender and looks. No quality and knowledge matters here. U just need to be a girl who looks hot and beautiful if u want a handsome salary and higher rank.
