...idual ego or put soap for them you will get more compensation. no one has spine. for close people they put more salary even if u work and prove with you numbers. they dont care for u.

It was good company and had a nice days with friends and work environment and people . and customers & TL& process manager . enjoyed my work during the shift hours.

Opaqueness and there is no transparency about the products. Work is prioritized not employees. No growth

The work culture in Redbus is very good. You have the freedom to work on any technologies. Flexible timings and senior employees are very approachable.

Firstly the salary which they give is less than the industry standards. Secondly the code quality for frontend is very bad as they have been written a long time back.
