All festivals & events are celebrated and the staff is given sweets, gifts, etc

Dislikes

1. No coordination between departments and this is frustrating 2. Clients don't see real problem and shout at whoever is in front of them 3. Very less parties or reward functions for staff members

Likes

There's lots of flexibility for women employees to juggle work and home. There's open door policy that leads to transparent interactions at all levels. Ample training is provided to ensure that staff is upto speed!

Dislikes

There is too much red-tapism as it's family held business. Key positions are ONLY with family members even if they are NOT deserving while actually talented people are merely puppets. Vendor payments are always delayed for months and promoters are always short of funds to clear landlord outstanding. The Accounts team is the biggest liar in the company with their boss the biggest cheat.

Job security is no where It's better you switch to other company asap rather than working here

1.Not a single department is organised. 2.Some people do act as they own the company just because they have higher connects 3. Corporate politics at its best

I have learned so many things as this is different field for me, earlier i was worked in wholesale company and this is co working offices. So the experience is very different but i developed myself here with so many intresting things like interaction with client, follow ups, formal communication with seniors, meetings. even i developed my english communication here which is very important for me. So overall very well experience.

Dislikes

Every company having little bit dislikes and it happens because everyone point of view is different.
