Not really very attractive and congenial atmosphere in the company. Some of the people are having some negative or very good opinion on Indians. There was nothing to say bad about any body and at the same time there is nothing new to learn or share the knowledge. This is because of implementation of Saudiazation policy implementation here on fast track mode.
